Hello, This data is returned because it may be useful in some contexts, even if it's not for yours. Perhaps someone wants to compare keyword performance vs. "Content" performance, which is possible in a single report because of this, or specifically wants to see the "Content" data.
In any case, you can set a filter on your report to remove this data if it is not relevant for you.
