An Adwords user can add multiple Google accounts to their Adwords account. The default account is (from what I can see) selected by the GET param `authuser=0`. Is there a way to fetch the alternative accounts for a user so that I can link the user to the correct page in Adwords? Ideally I'd like a mapping of the authuser values to user ids/email addresses.
