Hi Phil, You need to do the mapping manually as there is no available AdWords API service at this time that will return the OAuth2 credentials (clientId/secret) and email address of a particular account. You will have to access the API Console Credentials page <https://console.developers.google.com/apis/credentials> with your AdWords account to see the projects created and the generated clientId/secret.
