Hello Igor, I understand that this is not so convenient for you. The best workaround for now would be storing the mapping in your local database, possibly only for the custom affinity criteria for now. You can filter to get only rows containing criterion type <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/ad-performance-report#criteriontype> of CUSTOM_AFFINITY in Ad Performance Report.
How many custom affinities you have among other criteria, e.g., keywords?
