Hi, To create a campaign via the API, you can use the CampaignService <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201705/CampaignService>. Pleas check this <https://github.com/googleads/googleads-java-lib/blob/master/examples/adwords_axis/src/main/java/adwords/axis/v201705/basicoperations/AddCampaigns.java> sample to understand how to do that in Java. Samples in other languages can also be found here <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/clientlibraries>. To access a specific client account via the API, the request should be authenticated by a user who has access to that client account (user on that client account or user on the linked manager account).
