Hi Nima, As per this blog post <http://googleadsdeveloper.blogspot.com/2016/10/access-multiple-adwords-accounts-with.html> , CustomerService.getCustomers() <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201705/CustomerService#getCustomers> returns the AdWords accounts associated with the Google account you used to generate your OAuth2 credentials and not child accounts under a manager account.
If you wish to retrieve the client accounts under your manager account, then you may use the ManagedCustomerService.get() <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201705/ManagedCustomerService#get> . Here is a sample code <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/samples/java/account-management#get-the-account-hierarchy-under-the-current-account> to help you get started with development.
