If you are indeed trying to return the AdWords accounts associated with the Google account that you used to generate your OAuth2 credentials, then could you share to us privately (using* reply privately to author* option) the SOAP request and response logs captured when executing the CustomerService.getCustomers() as well as the AdWords account Ids in question?
