Hi,
there is a field policySummary in AdGroupAd object and I would like to get
more info about the disapproval reason.

I see that there is a field policyTopicId, but I cannot find any list of
policies - I would like to show link to specific AdWords policy or some
policy description in our app. What is the right way how to work with
policyTopicId? Is there any Policy Topic resource where I can find topic by
policyTopicId?
