Hi, There isn't a specific auction insights report in the API. However, many of the metrics from that user interface view are available in various reports. For example:

You can determine the type of report you want to use based on the level <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/reporting#choosing_the_right_report> at which you want to aggregate stats.
