Josh, Any update to this issue? I read the blog post about the AWX campaign migration, but there is no mention of when this migration begins (perhaps this issue is a symptom of an ongoing migration?) or when it is expected to be completed. Do we need a specific version of the AdWords API to see these additional campaigns in the campaign performance report? There is also no mention of a migration cutover delay to help explain the missing AWX performance as reported by our users.
