Hi Adam, The Google Analytics conversion trackers are not being returned by ConversionTrackerService <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/latest/ConversionTrackerService> at the moment. Our team is looking into updating the API documentation to reflect the expected behavior of the API.
