Hi, For your negative audiences, yes, you can just opt to use either the CampaignCriterionService.get() <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201806/CampaignCriterionService#get> and the AdGroupCriterionService.get() <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201806/AdGroupCriterionService#get> and apply the necessary filters to retrieve your negative userlist objects. However, you may take note that the full structure would not be available through these services since these will focus on the criteria that are directly associated to them. For example, with the CampaignCriterionService, the criterion's ad group association would not be available through this service.
Also, you would not be able to retrieve any performance related data as they are only available through the reports.
