Hello Jia, The ConversionTrackerService.get() <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201806/ConversionTrackerService#get> will only return the set of conversion trackers that are supported by AdWords API. *Third-party app analytics* is not supported by the API and hence will not be retuned by the get operation. However, you will be able to pull data corresponding to this tracker in the API reports using the field ExternalConversionSource <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/all-reports#externalconversionsource> .
