If you want to upgrade the AdWords API PHP client library from 201806
version to 201809 version. You could refer to the migration guide mentioned
here

You could find the latest AdWords API PHP client library from here

To confirm Google Ads API
<https://developers.google.com/google-ads/api/reference/rpc/> is the
upgraded version of AdWords API
<https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/release-notes/v201809>
and
supports REST calls. In future(after an year) AdWords API will be
deprecated and to manage GoogleAds accounts one should have to use Google
Ads API. To know more about Google Ads API, you could start with the
Quickstart
guide

I would recommend you to follow the install guides mentioned and follow this
guide <https://cloud.google.com/php/grpc> to install GRPC extension. If the
issue persists even after following the installation guide, then I
recommend you to contact PHP library owners by raising an issue on the
respective GitHub issue trackers.
