Upon checking the provided error, I can see that you've included "/" in the path2 field. With this, you may try to remove the illegal character and try to re-execute the API call. If the error persists after the trying the provided suggestion, to take a closer look, you can provide the complete SOAP request and response together with the customer ID via Reply privately to author option. If you haven't enabled the SOAP logging yet, you may refer to the readMe section of the respective client library for instructions on how to do it.
