The CUSTOMER_NOT_ACTIVE error is encountered when the customer is no longer 
active or cancelled. You may refer to this blog post for more information. You 
may follow the steps mentioned in the blog post on how to reactivate these 
accounts. In the event that your account is not inactive but still you 
encounter this issue, could you send your clientCustomerId so I can further 
investigate?
