Hi Andre, Thanks for reaching out. I can see that your test account is not returning in the AccessibleCustomers list. Can you please provide the detailed logs of the request and response? You can enable logging by following this guide in your respective client library. Additionally, please provide the clientCustomerId of the test account you are unable to retrieve along with its manager account ID.
