Hello Bryan, I know you this question was 3 months ago, but I had to put it aside for a while. I have followed the doc and it's very vague, there is no description of how to register the webhook URL and event / topic (campaign updated, ad group created,... etc) something like this:
- register webhook: usually there is an api at the backend side (google ads in this case) to register the end and webhook url from my application - receive a webhook when the event/related topic gets updated. is there a way to do this with google ads?
