When creating small campaigns, about 1000-5000 keywords, the campaigns show up with no problem in the Ad Manager. However, when I try adding campaigns that have 10k+ keywords, I get a success message but no campaign shows up in the Manager. Is there a limit on how large campaigns can be? We have basic access.
