So that our team can verify if this is indeed available in the supported conversion types/features in the APIs, could you provide any previous documentation that you have referred to when using this feature?
For app conversions, you should be able to create conversion actions tracked via Third Party App Analytics and you can refer to this documentation for the different types you can use. This guide then provides more information on how you can create your conversion actions via the Google Ads API.
