Hello, You will need to update the campaign_bidding_strategy union field as described from the link you shared. This Python example shows how to create a local campaign with a standard MAXIMIZE_CONVERSION_VALUE bidding strategy. As you can see, it is setting the target_roas of this bid strategy.
