I am afraid that there is currently no example code in Python for setting maximize conversion value bidding strategy. With this, since your current concern is constructing Python code for setting bidding strategy, then I would suggest posting your concern here. The author of the Python client library, which is more equipped to provide support for this concern, will response to your post and provide suggestion to your question. It may also help if you can suggest this document to the author of the Python client library.
