I see a similar discussion on the forum (https://groups.google.com/g/adwords-api/c/lmAZt7bjJ1w/m/YpiXyA2jAwAJ), but I'm interested in exactly the calculations on the API side, and not on the UI + I'm also interested in modifiers.
