Moving forward to your concern, you mentioned you are not getting the metrics like impressions, cost, clicks, conversions etc. Kindly note that there are no metrics in the ad_group_criterion report. You may use this ad_group_criterion Query Builder where you can see that there are indeed no metrics in this report. You may use the keyword_view report which has attributed resource ad_group_criterion report. That said, you can use this report's query builder to help you build and validate your query.
