It occurs to me that we ought to collect the issues resolved by the Cabal in a public document or web page organized like a FAQ, so that when a settled question is (inevitably) raised again, we can easily point the questioner to the already-decided answer. Would someone other than Martyn volunteer to create such a page on the website or the wiki?
