In last weeks meeting you said you would send a "meeting format" to the
list for us to follow. Would you mind sending it before tomorrow?
Also, I noticed you did not get a reply to the "volunteer for write up
tech notes on wiki" section. I've added an item on this weeks agenda to
make sure it gets done.

It occurs to me that we ought to collect the issues resolved by the
Cabal in a public document or web page organized like a FAQ, so that
when a settled question is (inevitably) raised again, we can easily
point the questioner to the already-decided answer.
Would someone other than Martyn volunteer to create such a page on the
website or the wiki?
