[PATCH 0/1 conductor] BZ859402 - When Conductor is using a non-English language, the providers page shows "can't convert Symbol into String"

Apparently, this happens when select_date doesn't have a specified order to its 
fields.  This patch adds that order.  Some month translations are missing for 
some languages, but that's a different BZ.
