The key with harbor freight is to research research research. The internet has made this a lot easier than it used to be.
There are some of their products which are as good as if not better than the name brand products. They've also recently taken great pains to bring in good quality products. .... but.... lots of it is still cheap chinese crap. The hard part is knowing which is which.
