Can you plug a single LC into a duplex LC connector? From: Trey Scarborough Sent: Saturday, September 29, 2018 4:06 PM To: af@af.afmug.com Subject: Re: [AFMUG] lc sc connectors
I would say there is a standard dimension square hole that can either be one SC or duplex LC and is the only thing I would think ever be needed. You can always add your own then. Once I get a feel for that, then I will buy them and design the holder around them. Working on a combo DC surge suppressor with fiber storage and a place for the fiber connectors. I will have to have some sheet metal holders for the mini patch panel and am working out how many different cut out holes I will have to offer to cover all the potential uses. If I have one that will do two double LC connectors and a second option for two double SC, will that take care of most applications? -- Trey Scarborough VP Engineering 3DS Communications LLC p:9729741539 -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- -- AF mailing list AF@af.afmug.com http://af.afmug.com/mailman/listinfo/af_af.afmug.com
