That should get me the splice case for outdoor/roof/tower and inside/cabinet with LC if I just cut and splice some LC SMF patch cords lying around. And just lose patch shielded RJ45 male to female. The screw terminals might work for DC positive and negative distribution on the outdoor case, right?
