The TX power is correct. We'll double check the tightness but the techs said they didn't see an issue when installed.
It is possible the leads are switched at one end, however you are correct Chuck that UBNT claims that doesn't matter with this radio. Is anyone sure the Dragonwave dishes actually work with two polarities at once? I believe the literature says single pol. I know they are dual pol in that you can connect a Dragonwave either horizontally or vertically on the back of the dish but can you use two polarities at once?
