It's important to note when you attach the duplexors to the radio that you are tightening both SMA connectors at the same time. They warn about damage than can occur if you tighten them down one at a time.

They are N Connectors and they came with the adapter from Chuck.

We're going to double-check the tightness of the adapter and swap the leads tonight.

Could be the adapter.  They are pretty simple and hard to screw
up, but the cables could be bad too.  I have made very few of
these things.  So far, no failures that I know about but there is
    always the first time.

Make sure you don’t have a mixup between SMA and RPSMA
connectors.  I did that once, I assumed everything was RP and got
an antenna with regular SMA connectors on it.  Had to buy
different coax cables.  Signal was trying to jump the air gap
    between two female inner connectors.

    The TX power is correct.

We'll double check the tightness but the techs said they didn't
    see an issue when installed.

It is possible the leads are switched at one end, however you are
correct Chuck that UBNT claims that doesn't matter with this radio.

Is anyone sure the Dragonwave dishes actually work with two
polarities at once?  I believe the literature says single pol.  I
know they are dual pol in that you can connect a Dragonwave either
horizontally or vertically on the back of the dish but can you use
    two polarities at once?

        What could be the problem?
