UHD needs minimum 17mbps, but can use up to 30mbps if it's available.

17 may not sound like a lot, plus you may say who cares about Disney,
but with the new streaming entrants competing fiercely for customers,
I think 4K is going to be a thing. I don’t think we can dismiss it as
nobody streams in 4K. Seems like 4K content will be something they
compete on, although the current thing seems to be lowball prices
which I suspect cannot last forever.
Something I wonder about is whether there will be multiple video
qualities of UHD, just like HD can go from about 2.5M to about 6M. I
swear I am seeing customers streaming at 10M, I don’t know if that is
some form of super super HD, or a lite version of UHD which I normally
expect to use 15 to 25M.
