Matt, I think I just discovered another problem - do the glands really require that you crimp the RJ45 plug on the cable AFTER passing it through the gland? Ideally a shielded plug.
That's more than inconvenient, I'm going to have to order something else. Yes there are also labels molded into the plastic housing, but the grey on grey is almost invisible. The bracket is so stupid it's tempting to just electrical tape the unit to the pipe.
