I think I’ve had to resort to rebooting one Mikrotik one time this year and in 
fairness it was an RB493G.

I've worked with hundreds of MikroTiks in all environments over many years and, 
except for one weird case (changing MTU to 9000 on CCR1072 causing strange port 
behaviour), can't recall the last time that a reboot was needed for one. I'd 
suspect that a site requiring that many reboots has something strange going on, 
configuration or otherwise, and that it's not necessarily a MikroTik issue.
