It seems odd that if you get oil on the feathers of a common sparrow (of
which there are hundreds of millions) it has to be reported to the EPA. If
windmills knock 1000 eagles out of the air nobody gives two cents.

A friend with a bunch of windmills on a ranchette of his was asked to stop
field dressing dear in a location between two windmills because the
buzzards it attracted were getting killed with great regularity.
