With good reason. The size of the liability at this point puts them in a huge negative value territory.

I think the direction this is going is for the utility to become a co-op of sorts, and maybe also split into multiple territories. So it will become user-owned, but still have enormous liabilities. Will current investors get paid? Sure, but how much?

The one group that seems to be making out real well is the executive staff.
