The FCC has been talking about adding that 45mhz to the top of the 5ghz
band for awhile, so there's a pretty good chance it will become permanent.

I assume pretty much any 5ghz radio out there can probably support it with
a firmware update, but I wonder what these 33 companies are using... they'd
have to be working with a manufacturer for this to be much use.
