I have 3 60GHz links all 500 meters or more mounted on a grandstands
plenty of movement, yes they track the other ends and automatically beam
steer. They stayed up no problem with a whole lota shaking going on.
Mikrotik. Hardest thing is determining which version of f/w is going to
be the most reliable.

I haven’t spent much time looking at the 60 and 80 GHz products, but
do I remember correctly that some have an antenna array or beam
steering so they automatically align themselves and stay aligned,
while others require manual alignment? I’ve been told the alignment
at these frequencies can be very touchy, to the point where tower or
building movement may be a problem. Like don’t climb the tower or
walk on the rooftop, or the backhaul will drop out.

Just across a street? I would just go with a mikrotik 60ghz (wireless
wire dish), it's going to be the cheapest and simplest option.

Mikrotik 60ghz PTP.
All of those are sub $500 for something approaching 1G.

A church wants a wireless link to push 1GBps over a street...
Any ideas? Siklu is out of their budget.
