The Mikrotiks actually aren't bad with the cheap brackets. They come with a
handy little sight that sticks and the back of the dish, and makes
alignment pretty simple, even with the cheap brackets, and since they don't
really need to be that precise compared to other 60ghz products (or any
80ghz and 24ghz, for that matter), it's really not bad at all, as long as
you can get you head behind the dish. The expensive brackets (solidmount)
are super nice though, aside from the fact that they make it so you can't
use the sight, in a lot of cases... they're actually the best brackets for
precision alignment that I've seen on any of the low-end 60ghz stuff.

The brackets that come with the Ubiquiti 60ghz radios are the worst of any
of them, in my opinion... they do have a better bracket that they sell, but
I don't think they're generally available yet. I've put up a lot of
MikroTik, IgniteNet and a few Ubiquiti 60ghz links, and the MikroTiks are
by far the easiest to align, even with the cheap brackets. The Ignitenets
aren't bad if you have the scope, and the Ubiquitis are probably the
hardest to align (well, the Ignitenets are worse if you don't have the
scope, but that's not an option for the Ubiquiti).
