My dad makes a crazy good salsa, even jaime would eat it. But mom thinks it's ok to can it or freeze it. That's a lie, it's not ok. It's got olive oil and vinegar in it, but we are gonna make a batch without those two and dehydrate it. I think if we do that you can rehydrate with those two ingredients and water ant it will be 95 percent as good. Dad doesnt do hot, so no serrano in his, but mad, habernero or serrano would be heaven
