In a pinch, #10 wire has 1 ohm per 1000’ 14 gauge has 2.34 ohms. I have put spools of wire in a bucket of water to make a load for 48 V chargers before.

Can use it to test your UPS and also remove all those political bumper stickers from your car too. Safer if you take pants off. Preferably you're on a solo mission if you're doing that. On 1/7/2021 11:09 AM, Chuck McCown via AF wrote: Yeah, for heat shrink. Especially the larger stuff. If memory serves, back in 2015 I used a couple CRT monitors. Those are long gone. The only idea I have is a space heater, but that's 850-900 watts and will probably be too much. Short of carrying up 20 Ubiquiti AP/POE and some surge strips, anyone have any clever ideas? I have to carry this up 5 flights of stairs so please be gentle :) Josh Luthman 24/7 Help Desk: 937-552-2340 Direct: 937-552-2343 1100 Wayne St Suite 1337 Troy, OH 45373 -- AF mailing list AF@af.afmug.com http://af.afmug.com/mailman/listinfo/af_af.afmug.com -- AF mailing list AF@af.afmug.com http://af.afmug.com/mailman/listinfo/af_af.afmug.com -- AF mailing list AF@af.afmug.com http://af.afmug.com/mailman/listinfo/af_af.afmug.com ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- -- AF mailing list AF@af.afmug.com http://af.afmug.com/mailman/listinfo/af_af.afmug.com ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ -- AF mailing list AF@af.afmug.com http://af.afmug.com/mailman/listinfo/af_af.afmug.com -- AF mailing list AF@af.afmug.com http://af.afmug.com/mailman/listinfo/af_af.afmug.com -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Total Control Panel Login To: ja...@litewire.net From: af-boun...@af.afmug.com You received this message because the domain afmug.com is on your allow list. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- -- AF mailing list AF@af.afmug.com http://af.afmug.com/mailman/listinfo/af_af.afmug.com
