The inverter that powered the outlet in the bed of my Nissan Titan
was adequate to run power tools all day. I'd think something like
the Ford would be even better for powering your trailers maybe!
Be quiet, and one less thing to maintain and fuel up too.

fiber trailer. If the splicing trailer didn’t have a built
in fuel tank I would just strap a Honda on and be done with
