You're going to get pretty similar throughput from any new licensed radio. It's mostly just a question of what the max modulation is that the radio supports, and if it has the signal budget to achieve it on any given link (which is where there can be a big difference between different radios - some are capable of much higher tx power at higher modulations than others).
