I see most of the user fees process and documentation is part of the USAC
election process.
Do I need to wait on the FCC approval before starting the USAC part of it?

I am behind the eight ball on this. Just submitted the application on the
FCC website. Haven't done anything with USAC nor
have I submitted any pricing information (or been asked) - - what should I
expect next?

I thought Friday was the last day for "expedited" processing - - noticed
today is the deadline. Whopps. At least I had planned
  on doing it today. :)

For what it’s worth I said:

"Details of all service offerings are available at
https://www.amplex.net/residential-wireless and
https://www.amplex.net/residential-fiber. For historical information please
see the Web Achive at:
http://web.archive.org/web/20200406144022/https://www.amplex.net/. Service
plans and pricing available on December 1, 2020 are unchanged as of the date of
this letter. “

    and

"Please see our prior and current FCC form 477 filings for verification of
our service areas and product offerings. Our most recent filing covering
12/31/2020 was entered on 2/19/2021.”

I scanned a copy of our trifold brochure(s) with the service plans and
attached those to the letter.

Approval came back an hour after I submitted it.

That's something I dont like about the government using subscription
data. Its dumb because it's not realistic, the customer defines that. If you
offer a cheap 1Mbps plan, and a customer came from dialup, they're happier than
a pig in shit with it, but does that mean its underserved?

USAC wants "Evidence that the provider had the same service offerings

can give them. Pointer to website wouldn't help. I don't think we
have ever filed any FCC or USAC paperwork that shows our pricing. Was
thinking about printing out a December invoice from random customers
for each plan and blanking out the customer info.

        Thoughts?
