There must be a way...
My Father-in-law works at a lab at Cornell where they wanted a number of
panels with all exactly the same efficiency for a research project. Not
sure the test method, but obviously they figured one out.

Some of the used ones list defects in the description. Saw one
that said "cracked", and another said "snail tracks". WTH are
