Yes permits are required here as well but this crew is from out of area and according to one of the water guys, assholes... I told them what Fabens guys did with heavy equipment to block them. He chuckled, thanks for the tip.. I do remember a farmer cut the fiber to Tornillo school district twice in one year... They ended up running new aerial runs by this guy's property....
