Stiffer and almost floats. -----Original Message----- From: Nate Burke Sent: Friday, August 19, 2022 3:41 PM To: AnimalFarm Microwave Users Group Subject: Re: [AFMUG] Renting a Rodder We could try pushing it through. We thought that would be a foolish endeavor, but we can try. I know how well pushing electric wire works, but the fiber is stiffer.

Or a fire hydrant? You can get a hydrant meter from the city to use hydrant water.

Do you have a water hose nearby?

Water flowing through the pipe could carry a string/parachute down the way. You'd have to find a way to secure the water hose to the conduit but you can probably figure that out.

Subject: [AFMUG] Renting a Rodder

I have a 700' and 800' empty, but water filled, 1.25"duct I need to get fiber through (No pull line). My Rodder is only 600' Is there anyplace that would rent a 1000' rodder for a couple days? We tried to shop vac it out, but just not enough pull to get the water out over that distance. Are there other methods I haven't thought of yet? I only have home/shop sized air compressors, I'd have to go rent a scroll compressor to try to blow it.
