I remember coming across this, which has to be the most detailed BBB complaint I've ever seen. But interesting because it details this ISP's MDU arrangement. Also maybe a cautionary tale of the woes you can get into providing MDU service. https://www.bbb.org/us/fl/fort-walton-beach/profile/internet-service/blubroadband-isp-0683-90037640/complaints
"Customer is renting an apartment in the Ronay Residences. BluBroadband ISP has a contractual agreement with the Ronay Residences to provide all residences with a base service of 25Mbps download and 25Mbps upload internet service. The building owner pays BluBroadband ISP a discounted, bulk rate and includes the base plan in the tenant’s lease agreement. BluBroadband ISP also provides upgrade option billed directly to the tenant if they choose to upgrade. There is no exclusivity barring other providers from providing to customer at full price of their services if the customer chooses in our contract with the building." -----Original Message----- From: AF <[email protected]> On Behalf Of Chuck Sent: Tuesday, February 10, 2026 3:58 PM To: [email protected] Cc: [email protected] Subject: Re: [AFMUG] MDU Construction I know there may be prohibitions but i would try for an exclusive with a revenue share.
