Reddit thread suggests increasing the firewall UDP timeouts, worth a try?

“Go to UniFi > Site Settings > Advanced. Uncheck "Auto" for the Firewall
Timeouts / Connection Tracking. Change "UDP Other" to 120 seconds and UDP
Stream to 210 seconds. Save.”

Subject: Re: [AFMUG] UBNT Router blocking some SIP Traffic

Are you sure it didn't just turn on SIP ALG?

I've run into a couple instances of UBNT routers randomly blocking SIP
Phone traffic. One of my customers with 2 locations changed to the UBNT
Dream Router 7 last year. Randomly, like every 2-3 months, it will just
decide to block SIP traffic from a single handset in the office.
Rebooting the router doesn't change anything and sometimes breaks an
additional phone. If I change the LAN Address of the handset, it will
start working again. I've ask their IT people, who claim to have
Whitelisted the SIP Server, and have disabled SIP ALG. Are there any
other settings that would be blocking specific handset SIP traffic?

I've only ever run into this one time before with an Old ORBI router.
Exact same scenario. Could never find anything in the settings that was
blocking the traffic, but assigning a new LAN Address to the handset
fixed it.

It is specific to SIP traffic, the phone can ping/HTTP out to the
internet without issue, it's not like it's blocking the all the phones
IP traffic.
